Immunizations & Exemptions

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania requires students to submit immunization records for school attendance. However, Archē Classical Academy recognizes exemptions permitted under state law. Parents/guardians may request exemption from immunization requirements for medical reasons, religious beliefs, or strong moral/ethical convictions. Families claiming exemption, please complete and return the Statement of Exemption to Immunization Law Form to the office or email it to [email protected].

Required for students entering:

  • Kindergarten
  • 6th Grade
