Getting Ready for the Parent Partnership Meeting and Student Assessment
Parent Partnership Meeting
This meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and ensure that Archē is the perfect fit for your family. You will meet with the Head of School, Julie Gelbaugh, and her husband, Corey, the board president.
During the meeting, we’ll review the information you provided in the Admissions Application and discuss any questions you might have. We typically meet at Panera or at the school, but we can also arrange a Zoom meeting if that’s more convenient for you. The meeting usually lasts about 60 minutes and is designed to be relaxed and informative.
Student Assessment
Your child will spend 20-30 minutes with one of our teachers for a one-on-one evaluation in grammar, reading, and math, depending on their grade level. After the assessment, your child is invited to spend the day with their prospective class.
Your child will also have the opportunity to get to know our Head of School and the Dean of Students.
Please only bring the child scheduled for the Student Assessment.
We’re excited to meet you and your child!
