At Archē Classical Academy, we are committed to making a Christ-centered, high-quality education accessible and affordable. Families shouldn’t have to choose between excellence and faith in selecting the best education for their children.

  • Additional Children: A $300 discount is applied to the tuition of each additional child enrolled in JK-9th grade.

Applying for Financial Aid

Complete the FACTS Aid Application

Families seeking financial aid must submit an application through FACTS Grant & Aid. There is a $40 application fee for financial aid through FACTS.

What is FACTS?

Archē partners with FACTS Grant & Aid to securely collect financial information from families. This helps us make fair, needs-based financial aid decisions. However, we can only consider financial aid requests with a completed FACTS application.

If you have questions or need help with the application, please contact Anna Martin, Finance Director.

Cost to Educate vs. Tuition

The actual cost to educate a student at Archē Classical Academy is approximately $6,500 annually. Thanks to our community’s generous contributions, we can offer reduced tuition. This reduction is made possible through various funding sources, including:

  • Generous Donations: Contributions from friends and families who support our mission.
  • Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program: These programs allow individuals and businesses to redirect their tax dollars to support the school, significantly aiding our financial aid efforts.
    • Students are eligible to receive an EITC scholarship if their household’s annual income is no greater than $112,348 plus $19,775 for each dependent household member.

Refunds

Refunds will not be given for a student(s) withdrawal or expulsion. A pro-rated refund will be provided for cases where both parties agree that Archē Classical Academy cannot meet a student’s needs.

All fees are non-refundable. The exception is for students who apply for a full class or are not accepted. If we cannot offer a seat to a student by the first day of school, the application fee will be refunded.
